What we collect
What it takes to run a gym and nothing more: your name and contact details, date of birth, an emergency contact, your signed waiver, and your membership and attendance records.
Payments
Class registration and payments run through our registration provider (Citrus) and its payment processor (Stripe). Your card details go to them directly and never touch our systems. Their privacy policies apply to information entered at checkout.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade member information, ever. We do not send marketing you did not ask for. Photos or video of members are only ever published with your permission.
This website
The contact form delivers your message to us by email through our hosting provider. This site does not run advertising trackers.
Your information, your call
Want to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you? Email adam@ironboxing.ca and it is done. We keep records only as long as needed to run memberships and meet legal requirements.
