IRON BOXING

Questions

Straight answers

Your first visit

Q I have never boxed. Can I really just show up?

Yes. Every program except Specialized assumes nothing. Coaches scale every drill, and nobody spars without asking for it and earning it.

Q What do I bring?

Water, indoor shoes, and clothes you can move in. Gloves and wraps are available while you get started; most members buy their own within a month.

Q How fit do I need to be?

Come as you are. The point of training is the fitness, not a prerequisite for it.

Memberships and billing

Q What is the Club Fee?

$10 of every monthly membership is a Club Fee, already included in the price. Iron Boxing passes all of it to Moose Jaw Boxing, the youth boxing non-profit that shares the building, where it pays for free seats for kids whose families cannot cover the fees. It is not a charitable donation and there is no tax receipt; it is your membership keeping a kid in the gym.

Q Can I switch between Fitness and Specialized?

Anytime. Your goals change, your membership follows.

Q How do I cancel, or take a break?

Cancel anytime before your next billing date and your membership ends when the paid month runs out. There are no pauses: if you need a break for injury or travel, cancel and rejoin when you are back, and your spot and your history are waiting. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

Sparring and safety

Q Will I be forced to spar?

Never. Sparring lives in Specialized, requires coach approval, and is always supervised and controlled.

Q How old do I need to be?

Iron Boxing is adults only, 18 and up. Youth boxing in Moose Jaw runs through the non profit club.
