Iron Boxing opened its doors in 2025 at 69 Highland Road. A real boxing gym: a full size ring, heavy bags, mirrors, and coaches who hold a standard.
Adults train here. Some come for the workout, some for the craft, some for the ring. All of it counts, and all of it gets coached.
Discipline. Respect. Heart.

House rules
- Respect the gym. Wipe down, rack your gear, leave it better.
- Respect each other. Every level trains here. Ego stays at the door.
- Sparring is earned and always coach supervised. No exceptions.
